Tax Credit Sales Senior/Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Credit Sales Senior/Manager to join our team in providing exceptional tax credit consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various tax incentives and credits, and will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' tax situations to identify potential credits and incentives
- Educate clients on the benefits of tax credits, including WOTC, ERTC, and R&D tax credits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting potential savings and benefits
- Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations affecting tax credits and incentives
- Mentor and train junior staff on tax credit strategies and client management techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tax credit consulting or sales
- Strong knowledge of tax incentives, credits, and related regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
